Tooth-Colored Fillings

Natural-looking fillings that restore decayed or worn teeth and blend in with the rest of your smile.

When a tooth develops a cavity or a small fracture, a filling is usually the most conservative way to restore it. We use tooth-colored composite materials that bond directly to the tooth and blend in with your natural enamel.

What to expect

  • Gentle numbing. We take the time to make sure you're fully comfortable before we start.
  • Conservative preparation. We remove only the decayed portion of the tooth and preserve as much healthy structure as possible.
  • Precise shade matching. The composite is shaped, cured, and polished to match the surrounding tooth.
  • Same-day completion. Most fillings are placed in a single visit.

After your appointment

It's normal to feel some short-term sensitivity to temperature after a new filling. If anything feels off with your bite or sensitivity lingers beyond a couple of weeks, give us a call — small adjustments are quick and easy.

Common questions

  • Are your fillings tooth-colored?

Yes. We use tooth-colored composite fillings that bond to your tooth and blend in with surrounding enamel — no silver fillings.
